Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship orders within 2 to 3 business days.

Please allow 10 to 15 days for product delivery. We would like to specify that these times may vary depending on the destination country and we appreciate your understanding in case of slight delays.

We offer tracked shipping. Therefore, you will be able to track your package and know its location. Please note that it takes 3 to 5 days for the information to be updated in the system.

Our products are stored directly with our manufacturer in Asia or Europe. We have decided to outsource our shipping service to improve efficiency and allow our global customers to receive their products under advantageous conditions.

Products will be shipped to the address provided during the order. You are responsible for providing us with correct data and it is your responsibility to verify it. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for shipments made to incorrect addresses.

It is possible that some shipments may be held in transit or returned to us (e.g., non-payment of fees, taxes or customs duties, incorrect address, unclaimed package at the post office, etc.). The customer must contact us at the email address contact@ominaly.com to arrange for the merchandise to be resent and will be responsible for the shipping costs.

At checkout, you will be informed of the shipping costs. They may vary depending on several factors:

  • destination country
  • chosen shipping method
  • package size and weight

In addition to shipping costs, you may be required to pay certain fees upon receipt of the product, such as VAT, customs duties, etc. These various fees are entirely your responsibility and depend on the country in which you reside.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a commercial gesture in the form of a discount (see below) on their next order, depending on the fees incurred. To receive this discount, our customers must a) contact us at the email address contact@ominaly.com, b) mention the order number, and c) provide us with all proof justifying the payment of these fees. We reserve the right to revoke this discount if the submitted documents are not adequate.
